A real masterpiece
Traditional wooden shipbuilding in combination with modern high-tech composite construction.
Exterior
Made in Germany
The Aguti motor yacht is the world's first luxury yacht to combine traditional wooden shipbuilding with high-tech composite construction. Built at the company's headquarters in Langenargen on Lake Constance, this one-of-a-kind yacht inspires with its unsurpassed design style and elegance, the use of the finest materials, and particularly with its outstanding sailing properties.
Designer and owner Andreas Grieger created a yacht with timeless design style and elegant contours. The long bow and the distinct stern express the power and majestic sportiness of the yacht.
Interieur
Lower deck
The rooms were laid out very generously. Three sleeping cabins with separate bathrooms are available. The saloon in the lower deck is an inviting place to spend time together or use the exclusive kitchen. The cockpit blends into the interior like a balcony, creating a dialogue with the upper deck and allowing plenty of light into the interior.
Upper deck
The cockpit is the prominent control center for the owner. Elegantly embedded instruments are combined with state-of-the-art touchscreen control technology.
Material
Mahogany and leather dominate the scene. Heat-treated ash wood is laid as strip flooring. Walls and ceilings are covered with bright microfiber fabric. A very special feature is the design of the bathrooms. Walls and floors were dressed with real natural stone, thinly ground and connected with carbon. Cabinets and furniture are in reddish mahogany.
A few figures: For the interior, 150 square meters of the finest calf leather, 36 square meters of natural stone and 220 square meters of comfort microfiber were used.
Engineering
Liftable cabin roof
Under the motto "air-venture", Aguti has developed a hydraulically-liftable carbon cabin roof, which can also be raised and lowered during cruising. This creates a pleasant flow of air in the cockpit while on journey.
Rear garage & bathing platform
It can be opened hydraulically and offers enough space for a tender or jet ski and swimming ladder. The bathing platform also extends hydraulically.
Motorization
Two 10-cylinder MAN diesel engines with 810 KW each provide for sufficient propulsion. The exhaust-gas treatment system patented especially for the Aguti Yacht complies with the latest exhaust-gas regulations. The maximum speed is 32-50 knots, depending on the installed engine power ranging from 1,640 to 3,480 KW.
